It has Metso's world-class fifth-generation fiber analyzer and a complete set of pulp and paper testing equipment. It can test the fiber status of various raw materials after experiment or large-scale production, and the physical indexes of hand-made sheets. The company has a large number of production lines working in the paper industry for cultural paper, household paper, packaging paper and other production lines. The process technicians with rich practical experience carry out the research and development of medium and high-concentration refining technology.

He is currently the dean of the School of Chemistry and Environmental Engineering of Hubei University of Technology and the special professor of "Chutian Scholars". He has been awarded the title of outstanding young and middle-aged experts in Hubei Province and Hubei famous teacher.

He is experienced in production technology and management of paper factory.He is mainly responsible for the establishment of high consistency refining theory, and leads the research team engaging in research, development and on-site process commissioning and optimization.

Taiwanese, graduated from Taiwan University of Culture, majoring in pulp and paper. 1975-1978, worked in Yongfeng Yu Paper Company in TAIWAN. 1979-2014, served as Global Technical Director in Asia Pulp and Paper Group.

Graduated from the Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden with a master's degree in mechanical engineering. From 1986 to 1997, he worked as the R&D Chief Engineer in Andritz. From 2004 to 2014, he worked as the Director of Mechanical High Consistency Preparation Department of Metso in Finland.
